The High Intensity Daily Personal Activities registration is limited to the support types recorded in the certificate:

Remaining elements of the certification audit must be assessed by an approved quality auditor after service delivery commences, in accordance with the registration conditions.
Module 5A is to be assessed as part of the provider's mid-term audit. The supplied certificate schedules the mid-term audit start for 20 October 2027.
