Daily living assistance supports participants with the personal and practical activities that make everyday life possible. The level and type of assistance depend on the participant’s NDIS plan, goals, routines and preferences.
Our team takes time to understand how each participant prefers to be supported. We encourage involvement and independence wherever possible while providing reliable assistance when it is needed.
Support may be provided at home or as part of a participant’s normal routine across the community. We confirm the scope, schedule and responsibilities in a clear service agreement before supports begin.
